“Stay in Your Lane, I’m Focused on Jesus” — Mary & Martha Tee
Remember Martha, rushing around the kitchen, and Mary, sitting at Jesus’ feet? Martha asked Jesus to tell her sister to get up and help. Jesus answered that Mary had chosen the better thing, and it wouldn’t be taken from her (Luke 10:38–42).
This vintage-style artwork captures that exact moment. Martha stands with her dish in hand while Mary sits at Jesus’ feet, listening. The caption says what Mary might have been thinking: “Stay in your lane, I’m focused on Jesus!”
It’s a funny, honest reminder for anyone who’s ever been pulled in ten directions: the busyness can wait, and He can’t be replaced.
Be a Mary in a Martha world.
